Consider The Trip To “Bethlehem,” And The Travelers

Micah 5:2 New King James Version (NKJV) (710 B.C.)

The Coming Messiah

“But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
Though you are little among the thousands of Judah,
Yet out of you shall come forth to Me
The One to be Ruler in Israel,
Whose goings forth are from of old,
From everlasting.”

The Immanuel Prophecy

Isaiah 7:14 New King James Version (NKJV) (742 B.C.)

“Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.”

Isaiah 9:6 New King James Version (NKJV) (740 B.C.)

“For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

Matthew 1:18-25 New King James Version (NKJV)

Christ Born of Mary

Christ The Infant

18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. 19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly. 20 But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. 21 And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”

22 So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: 23 “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.”

24 Then Joseph, being aroused from sleep, did as the angel of the Lord commanded him and took to him his wife, 25 and did not know her till she had brought forth her firstborn Son. And he called His name Jesus.

Luke 2:1-7 New King James Version (NKJV)

Christ Born of Mary

Christ The Infant

1 And it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered. 2 This census first took place while Quirinius was governing Syria. 3 So all went to be registered, everyone to his own city.

4 Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, 5 to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child. 6 So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered. 7 And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

Luke 2:8-15 New King James Version (NKJV)

Glory in the Highest

8 Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. 9 And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. 10 Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. 11 For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. 12 And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.”

13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying:

14 “Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!”

15 So it was, when the angels had gone away from them into heaven, that the shepherds said to one another, “Let us now go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has come to pass, which the Lord has made known to us.”

Matthew 2:1-14 New King James Version (NKJV)

Wise Men from the East

Christ The Child

1 Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, 2 saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.”

3 When Herod the king heard this, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. 4 And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he inquired of them where the Christ was to be born.

5 So they said to him, “In Bethlehem of Judea, for thus it is written by the prophet:

6 ‘But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah,
Are not the least among the rulers of Judah;
For out of you shall come a Ruler
Who will shepherd My people Israel.’”

7 Then Herod, when he had secretly called the wise men, determined from them what time the star appeared. 8 And he sent them to Bethlehem and said, “Go and search carefully for the young Child, and when you have found Him, bring back word to me, that I may come and worship Him also.”

9 When they heard the king, they departed; and behold, the star which they had seen in the East went before them, till it came and stood over where the young Child was. 10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy. 11 And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

12 Then, being divinely warned in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed for their own country another way.

The Flight into Egypt

13 Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream, saying, “Arise, take the young Child and His mother, flee to Egypt, and stay there until I bring you word; for Herod will seek the young Child to destroy Him.”

14 When he arose, he took the young Child and His mother by night and departed for Egypt,

VIDEO Putin Presser – Text Messages Show FBI Agents Ranting: Trump Idiot, Loathsome Who Cannot Be President

It is difficult for me to believe or trust the FBI. Such a lack of trust is something that I never had thought of until the deep state of the previous administration became so obvious. The Justice Department is responsible to the Attorney General, who is directly responsible to our President for. The Attorney General needs to get serious about bringing about justice, within the Justice Department or he should resign and allow the President appoint an Attorney General will do the job that should be done to protect our citizenry from such an abusive agency that the FBI has become.

Text Messages Show FBI Agents Ranting: Trump is an Idiot, Loathsome Human Who Cannot Be President

Dec 13, 2017  by Katie Pavlich

Text messages between FBI counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok, who was removed from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation earlier this year, and his alleged mistress Lisa Page have been turned over to Congress and released. Page is an FBI attorney.

The messages were exchanged during the 2016 presidential campaign and show Strzok and Page, also an attorney for the FBI, calling Trump a number of names and saying he “cannot be president.”

Here is a sampling of messages from Strzok to Page:

Omg [Trump’s] an idiot.

Maybe you’re meant to stay where you are because you’re meant to protect the country from that menace.

God Hillary should win. 100,000,000-0.

CDC: One in Three NYC Babies Is Aborted

Isn’t it amazing that Democrats yell “racism,” when they are the ones that have as a part of their party platform a plank that calls for abortion of unborn babies, with no restrictions. Consider the position of their last candidate for president, and all of their elected office holders. All of them support abortion on demand, with no restrictions, even up to the time of birth. The Chair of the DNC, and the madam losing candidate of the last presidential election, have said that the democrat party has no place in it for pro-life democrats. Christians who say that they are democrats, and democrats who say that they are Christians, should check out what the Bible says about murder. Please don’t say that because the Supreme Court has ruled that abortion is protected by the constitution, that it is okay to kill a defenseless little baby. Democrat parents are teaching their children that it is okay to kill unborn babies. For such families, consider “The Lake Of Fire On The Family Plan.” (Revelation 20:11-15)

New York City continues to claim the title of America’s abortion capital. The Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) latest Abortion Surveillance report (for 2014) reveals that one in three babies is aborted in the five boroughs of New York City.

According to the CDC, 47 states and the District of Columbia (as in past years, California, Maryland, and New Hampshire refused to participate) reported a total of 652,639 abortions for 2014, with New York City accounting for an astounding 67,620 of those pre-born deaths.

As noted by, that number accounts for “34.8 abortions for every 1,000 women of reproductive age (15-44), and the highest abortion ratio — 575 abortions for every 1,000 live births.” The pro-life news site added that the grim statistics mean that “more than one in three babies are aborted in New York City, and its abortion rate is more…

Coffee Shop Christmas Hallelujah

Coffee Shop Christmas Hallelujah

A Christmas Hallelujah

“And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them, and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the City of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you: Ye shall find the Babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.” And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men!” (Luke 2:8-14)

There are small restaurants and coffee shops in many cities and towns that present an unusual opportunity for witnessing. In my town there is a quaint and intimate coffee shop that has a piano which is situated near most of the tables where patrons drop in and spend an enjoyable time, consuming hot coffee and tasty muffins, and sharing intimate conversations. There have been times when I have been there enjoying the niceness of an evening that someone would make their way over to the piano and begin planing a series of songs that just “hit the needed spot.” The stresses of the day would seem to disappear from my mind and leave me desiring more of that soul-easing music. I imagine that there are other similar places that have pianos, that can also be played for the pleasure of the customers. Consider the setting that is shown in the video. A young man sits down at a piano in a coffee shop and begins playing a song that is pleasing to the mind of almost anybody, whether Christian, Jew or indifferent. I am certain that there are readers of this post who are musically inclined and talented, and who would like to take such an opportunity to share the message of Christ to people who are usually isolated, or insulated, from such a story of the love of God. Give it a listen; share the story. Consider adding a guitarist, or other musicians, and have a small combo. Always consider ways of creative witnessing (Acts 1:8).

‘Doing better than Ronald Reagan’ to cut rules, Trump Banishing MB Obama Regulations

Reclaim Our Republic

Nov 24, 2017

WASHINGTON – Under the Obama administration, the White House, the Department of Justice and other federal agencies repeatedly circumvented Congress by using guidance memos to create de facto regulations, changing laws without going through the review process.

In less than a year, however, the Trump administration has dramatically scaled back government overreach, Merrill Matthews, a resident scholar with the Institute for Policy Innovation, told WND.

“Guidance typically from the department means there is some question about how to do this, because of the way it was ambiguously written, so a federal agency would provide guidance. But the Obama administration, actually, greatly overstepped those limits in clarifying things to in essence create new law,” Matthews explained.

“The Trump administration is doing better than Ronald Reagan on reducing the flow of regulation,” he said, citing the free-market Competitive Enterprise Institute.

Obama ended his presidency with a record-shattering regulatory rulebook…
