021615 – When I Don’t Know What To Do

James 3:15-17 New King James Version (NKJV)

15 This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.16 For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. 17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.

As the above verses say, there is confusion all around us. The source is very obviously demonic. The target is “we the believer in Christ Jesus.” The weaponry may be violent. Consider the following song, as Charles Billingsley tells us:

When I don;t know what to do -” I’ll lift up my hands.”
When I don’t know what to say – “I’ll speak your praise.”
When I don’t know where to go – “I’ll run to your throne.”
When I don’t know what to think – “I’ll stand on your truth.”

Let me add this thought. In such a time, “pray through it!”

1 Thessalonians 5:17 New King James Version (NKJV)

17 pray without ceasing,

When I Don’t Know What To Do
Charles Billingsley
