112014 – Pray With Me

Our nation is experiencing an assault of lawlessness on it. Today, at twelve o’clock noon eastern time, I will be praying for an ending of all of the criminal acts of rioting, looting, burning, and all other sorts of violence that are affecting our nation. As believers in Jesus as our Lord and Savior, let us consider the last verse of the scripture on The Whole Armor Of God. The first word of verse eighteen says, “praying.” Let all of God’s people go into a time of prayer today with me. Let us be voices of reason. Let us consider the words of Philippians 4:8. My time of prayer will be a time of corporate prayer. Please stay in prayer with me until one pm, eastern time. Continue praying individually, and in your own collective groups, “without ceasing.” Let us worship Jesus, our Lord and Savior.

Philippians 4:8 New King James Version (NKJV)

Meditate on These Things

8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.

Ephesians 6:10-18 New King James Version (NKJV)

The Whole Armor of God

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints—

Let us enter into a time of worship, praise, and prayer.
